How to Create a library

• 1 Enter a library name
• 2  Enter your name
• 3 drag a jpg or png image into the window and drop it ( missing this step this is the most common reason for errors )
• 4 adjust your text & art
• 5 save nicnt and wallpaper … ( if you select create library it will make a copy of your library on the desktop and remove and replace the nicnt files)
• 6 drag the nicnt file along with the wallpaper into your library
• 7 add the library to your 5.6 version and add it

Common Mac Issues

 

unzip the app with the unarchiver it’s a free app on the App Store some zip apps break the software when you unzip also try moving the app to the applications folder and please make sure the software has file and folder permission in your security settings also if you have virus checking software running it may deny the software make sure it has permission there also 

 

* Dont try this on your Legitimate versions of (c) Native Instruments Kontakt instruments it won’t work also Kontakt 6 does not have the ability to add user librarys anymore – *5.6 will load most user library’s

Mac & PC

Kontakt 6 does not have the ability to add user a Library users have had success using 5.6 and loading there library into the 5.6 version and then swapping to 6 to use them
